Learning Outcomes: Leadership

The T2 learning outcomes established by Leadership include:

General Track

• Students who participate in the leadership component of T2 will be able to express various leadership opportunities that exist on campus and to locate those opportunities as demonstrated by the year-end focus group.

• Students who participate in the leadership component of T2 will be able to express how various leadership techniques, theories, and skills can be integrated into their lives as demonstrated by their session evaluations.

T2: Leads Track

• Students who participate in T2: Leads will be able to demonstrate successful completion of the learning outcomes associated with the general track of the T2 leadership components.

• Students who participate in T2: Leads will be able to describe their personal leadership strengths, as defined by StrengthsQuest, as demonstrated by the final evaluation.

• Students who participate in T2: Leads will be able to identify a network of peer leaders as demonstrated by their final evaluations.

• Students who participate in T2: Leads will be able to interpret how leadership is demonstrated in both a positive and negative fashion throughout the world as demonstrated by their participation in ongoing discussion board topics on myTulane.
