Learning Outcomes: HRL

• By attending T2 programs that address academic preparedness, healthy living, financial responsibility, and effective communication skills, students who complete the T2 program will have a greater understanding of their current developmental needs and how to become a successful Tulane University graduate .

• Students who complete the T2 program will coexist with others in a diverse and ever changing campus environment. Students will enhance their personal knowledge and their ability to relate to those of different genders, races, national origins, socioeconomic levels, religions, sexual orientations, and different levels of physical and mental abilities. Personal growth opportunities will be measured in terms of program attendance, number of room changes in Mayer, and participation in leadership activities.

• Students who complete the T2 program will demonstrate a greater sense of commitment to the Tulane University and New Orleans communities by leading or participating in two social responsibility and two civic engagement activities.
