Goals

The goals of the T2 program are:

• To assist second-year students in making a successful transition from the second year to the third year

• To provide opportunities for sophomores to learn about leadership and become leaders

• To create a distinct residential experience focusing on second-year students

• To help students make informed, thoughtful, and purposeful decisions about the future, and utilize resources for career and academic planning
